For eCom Turbo we have a 14 day refund policy however it's subject to the below specifics. Money back guarantee as long and the specifics below are met. 


We have a tracking code in every theme file and we can track when you have downloaded it and if you're still using it. Please confirm with us once you have uninstalled the theme. 


Due to Piracy and other refund claims you must follow these steps to quality for a refund. Read the entire page or we can't and wont refund you.


  1. You must install the theme on your store at least once. (we track it) 
  2. You now have it uninstalled on all stores before asking for a refund (we track it) 
  3. If you want a refund because of a bug you must first send us proof of the bug. We have this in place because we want to make sure you actually have a bug and second it will help us fix it in the future. 
  4. We don't guarantee conversions. eCom turbo is designed to boost conversions however we have no control over the type of products you sell on your store. Just because your conversions didn't improve this isn't grounds for a refund. 
  5. If your adwords account, Facebook account or any other advertising account gets banned that's not grounds for a refund. It's not our responsibility that your advertising account got banned and you can simply get this back by appealing.
  6. You need to make an attempt to contact support at support@ecomturbo.com or inside the Facebook group before we can issue a refund.  

Refunds will take up to 21 days depending on your bank. We have no control over this.


To stop illegal selling of our theme we have a tracking code on all files and you will not get support or updates if you are not using your specific file that you downloaded from us. Anyone trying to sell our theme illegally will be sent a letter from our lawyers and if no action is taken we will proceed to court. When our tracking picks up your pirated file on your store you will also be illegally using our products and we have the right to fully prosecute. 


YOU MUST LET US KNOW WHEN THE ABOVE IS DONE AND TELL US THE EMAIL YOU USED TO PURCHASE! IF YOU DON'T SEND US THE EMAIL THEN WE CAN'T AND WONT REFUND YOU.
